SHIPPING & RETURNS
USA Nanocoat offers free shipping on all of our products. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. The estimated delivery time is approximately 3-5 days after processing. Please allow additional processing time for shipment of quantities greater than ten units or 20 liters. Orders over $300 require a signature confirmation upon delivery. Please review the product purchase page for the inventory availability status of the item(s) you have ordered. Out-of-stock products will ship within 24 hours after the product arrives at our warehouse. You will be notified by email once the out-of-stock item(s) have shipped. Out-of-stock items usually ship within ten business days from the date of purchase. Our distribution center is in Tucson, Arizona, 85705.

If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, simply return any unopened items in the original manufacturer’s packaging in good condition for a full refund. USA Nanocoat will exchange or refund the total amount of the merchandise if the item is returned to us within 60 calendar days from the date of shipment. Refunds will be processed for the full amount of the item(s) that are returned, less any applicable shipping charges, restocking fees, or sales taxes. Please make sure that returned items are shipped with adequate packing material to ensure it arrives undamaged. USA Nanocoat is not responsible for damaged returns resulting from improper packaging or for any loss or damage during the return transit.
Exchanges or refunds will be made once our return center receives and inspects the returned items. All refunds will be made to the credit card that was charged for the original purchase. Refunds for returns are typically processed and credited to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase within 30 calendar days. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged may not be eligible for return or exchange. You may return any unopened items in the original manufacturer’s packaging in accordance with the terms below:
- A Return Authorization Number must accompany all returns. You may request a Return Authorization Number by contacting our customer service team at contact@USAnanocoat.com.
- Products must be returned to USA Nanocoat in good physical condition. Products must not be broken or physically damaged. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
- USA Nanocoat retains the right to refuse acceptance of returned products that are not in good condition, broken, or physically damaged. USA Nanocoat maintains the right to deduct the retail value of any missing parts and accessories originally included with your purchase from the refund amount.
